Civil Rights Movement Research Paper

Civil Rights Movement Research PaperI like to think of this civil rights movement research paper as being the beginning of a history of awareness. By researching a part of our history, we can see what it meant and what was done about it in the future. There are a lot of things that people don't realize about our American history. We were very excited about some of the changes that happened, but there were some setbacks and some of the history is not so neat.So let's begin with the civil rights movement. The word was passed on by those who saw what was happening. We were never very familiar with the many changes and the different actions that took place, but we were given a look at what would happen when the law was changed and people got free.Being at war was a great loss for America. There were battles on many fronts, but here in the South, one was fought. We were losing everything and getting tired of it. People were trying to understand why this was happening and they were just tir ed of it.They were going to have to do something, and they were tired of nothing happening. They had been fighting hard all their lives to get what they wanted. It was their way of life, and there was no end in sight. It was ugly, but we knew something had to be done.During the civil rights movement, many people were getting arrested and they were a bunch of freedom fighters, but most were not that enthusiastic about doing the thing. At first, they were glad to be doing something that was going to make a difference in the world, but as time went on, they grew frustrated and some of them were happy to be doing what they were doing. Some were more excited about getting into trouble than what was going on, and that is a problem. In the civil rights movement, people were quite happy to be arrested, but it wasn't going to make a difference. It was just something that was going to go away if nothing else. These people couldn't understand that once the law was changed, they would be free an d the only thing that mattered was what was going to be done about them. The civil rights movement was about more than the law, it was about being free. It was about the future and how that future would take shape. It was the beginning of a whole new world where the government was a part of people's lives.
